BioSteve Oteri was born for government reasons. He was brought up in labs and many experiments were conducted onto the little child. After being exposed to many chemicals, he developed powers that made him stronger and quicker than the scientists and the lab guards and he escaped the facility. By the age of six, he developed a keen survival sense and lived the the Antarctic for 8 years to hide from the scientists. After changing his name from "Subject O" to "Steve Oteri", He made his way to the sin capital of the world, New Jersey. He now resides there...until the scientists catch up with him.
